Colaborar com as comunidades para desenvolver e submeter uma proposta de ACM ao Governo Mo\u00e7ambicano dentro dos limites do projecto, de Memba a Mossuril. A proposta abrangente, alinhada com os requisitos legais, inclui detalhes topogr\u00e1ficos, objectivos de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o de direitos de terra, envolvimento da comunidade, zoneamento e uma Avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de Impacto Ambiental e Social (AIAS). Apoiar as comunidades locais e os pequenos produtores atrav\u00e9s da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de Clubes de Meios de Subsist\u00eancia onde os participantes s\u00e3o formados no desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias de subsist\u00eancia e neg\u00f3cios sustent\u00e1veis para reduzir a press\u00e3o sobre os recursos marinhos. As actividades propostas incluem a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de mel, cria\u00e7\u00e3o de galinhas, moinhos de milho, ecoturismo, horticultura, culturas de rendimento, aquacultura de mexilh\u00f5es e o envolvimento dos jovens em v\u00e1rias pequenas empresas. Promover fog\u00f5es economizadores de lenha entre as fam\u00edlias de pescadores para reduzir a procura de madeira. \u00c9 introduzido um modelo de fog\u00e3o de barro de baixo custo, capaz de reduzir o consumo de combust\u00edvel de madeira em at\u00e9 50%. A forma\u00e7\u00e3o, a produ\u00e7\u00e3o local e o controlo contribuem para a redu\u00e7\u00e3o das emiss\u00f5es de CO2.<\/p>

Viabilidade de um projecto de Carbon Azul<\/b><\/p>

Realizar um estudo de viabilidade para um projeto de Carbono Azul, explorando o financiamento da redu\u00e7\u00e3o de emiss\u00f5es atrav\u00e9s da protec\u00e7\u00e3o dos mangais. A pr\u00e9-viabilidade avalia a renda potencial e os cr\u00e9ditos de carbono, seguida de uma avalia\u00e7\u00e3o completa da viabilidade no segundo ano. Os resultados s\u00e3o partilhados atrav\u00e9s de um workshop com ag\u00eancias governamentais, promovendo a compreens\u00e3o dos quadros do Carbono Azul e encorajando a gest\u00e3o dos ecossistemas alinhada com a economia azul.<\/p>
